Last week I wanted to do something special to celebrate Noah's first week at school. So I made cupcakes! Lemon coconut cupcakes with shredded coconut on top--yum!
My taste testers were pretty happy.
I love this picture--the colors and Noah's eyes just make me smile.
I had some extra batter so I poured it into a loaf pan and made a mini-cake.
