I think that number four is best- they can look at the rest of his resume to see his professionalism... the picture should let them see that he's a person too. Just my opinion.
I think it depends on what you want the picture to say about Geary when you send it. Send picture #1 if you want to say: I'm intelligent, authoritative yet comforting. If you shop at Ikea I also look familiar because in this picture I look exactly the father doll from the Ikea family. I'll be dependablel with your children. Send picture #2 if you want to say: I'm too smart and too sexy for your school. Come on, you know you want me. Send picture #3 if you want to say: Hire me because I have a lot going for me. In fact my future is so bright the sun is shining off my forehead. Send picture #4 if you want to say: I'm confident, friendly and a genuine person. I'm going forward in life. In fact, life is a highway and I'm going to ride it. . . . . Well, you know the rest
