Induction by Eggplant

So...I'm not quite ready to have this little child, yet. But I imagine that in a couple of weeks I'll be more than ready. So...anyone want to try their hand at making this recipe for me? Apparently over 300 pregnant women have gone into labor within 48 hours of eating this eggplant lasagna type dish.

Now there is no way in the world that I would ever swallow a spoonful of cod liver oil, but I would definitely eat this meal...I mean...you know...if someone made it for me...(hint, hint).

  1. I hear that Bucca di Beppo has a pretty mean Eggplant Parmigiana. Maybe that would work.
